SepThe Cake Boss
The Cake BossSo this morning my boss brought to the office Carlos’ Bakery cupcakes!! Needless to say I was over excited, being the amatur baker and one of his biggest fans, I couldn’t wait to try them! The whole office took pictures of them before eating them, and we just couldn’t wait to eat them.
Finally I got a bite of one of my favorite flavor, red velvet: “mmm… this cupcake taste like vanilla cake with red dye what the heck, this can’t be it??!!…These are The Cake Boss Cupcakes”. Then I tried a vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting, the vanilla buttercream tasted like Crisco! What a dissapointment! This is so not what I expected.
I’m still very happy i got to try them, and very greatful to Pam for bringing them to the office. And even thou they were not so good, I’m still a fan of the show.

Late at night, with your arms wrapped around its comforting metal bowl, you realize that somehow your mixer has become the only one you can trust.
I agree with ieatbutter, what would i do without my mixer??!!!!! LOVE MINE!

AugI’ve checked out
Today due to the lack of excitement at work, I have decided to write on my blog. What do you do when everybody at work is in a bad mood? Me, I write. Instead of baking (that’s would I do at home), I write. I ignore everything around me and start writing my feelings. But today is a blah day; my imagination is not giving enough material. My soul has checked out and only my body is present in the office. I wonder how many people feel this way. I wonder how many of you, like me, pretend to be working at the office but really had already mentally checked out? I really hope my boss never gets to reads my blog, ‘cause I’d be really screwed if she ever did. Anyway I hope tomorrow is a better and more productive day.

JulSo i missed comic con, but i love their toys ‘cause they are limited edition and you can only find them there. Luckily i found this store on ebay http://myworld.ebay.com/shopinfosource and they have the cutest Bobble toys, very inexpensive!! I just bought a Betty Boop Bobble! I’ll post as pic as soon as i get it :-)
